Daycare Services Refund Policy is detailed below:
1. Introduction
At Stratelogy, we are committed to providing high-quality care and education for your children. We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to request a refund. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds on our daycare services.
2. Enrollment Fees
Non-refundable Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of enrollment to secure your child's spot. This deposit will be applied towards your first month's tuition. All payments must be made in US dollars ($).
Refundable Enrollment Fee: Any enrollment fees, other than the non-refundable deposit, are refundable if the enrollment is canceled at least 30 days before the scheduled start date.
3. Tuition Fees
Monthly Tuition: Tuition is billed on a monthly basis and is due on the first day of each month.
Refund for Withdrawal: If you need to withdraw your child from our daycare, a written notice must be provided at least 30 days in advance. Tuition for the remaining days of the month will be refunded on a pro-rata basis from the date of withdrawal, provided the notice period is met.
No Refund for Unused Days: No refunds will be issued for days when the child does not attend the daycare due to illness, vacation, or any other reason.
4. Extended Absences
Hold Fee: If your child will be absent for an extended period (e.g., more than 2 weeks) and you wish to hold their spot, a hold fee equal to 50% of the regular monthly tuition will apply. This fee is non-refundable.
Return After Extended Absence: If you choose not to pay the hold fee, your child's spot will be forfeited, and a new enrollment and deposit will be required upon return, subject to availability.
5. Special Circumstances
Medical Emergencies: In the event of a medical emergency or serious illness requiring prolonged absence, a refund or credit may be considered on a case-by-case basis. A written request along with medical documentation must be submitted for consideration.
Program Changes: If Stratelogy needs to close temporarily due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disaster, pandemic), tuition fees will be adjusted or credited based on the duration of the closure.
6. Refund Process
Requesting a Refund: To request a refund, please submit a written request to the daycare administration, including your child's name, the reason for the refund, and any supporting documentation.
Processing Time: Refund requests will be reviewed and processed within 14 business days from the date of submission.
Refund Method: Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method. If payment was made by credit card, the refund will be credited back to the same card. If payment was made by check or cash, a refund check will be issued.

Acknowledgment
By enrolling your child in [Daycare Name], you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions of this refund policy. This policy ensures transparency and sets clear expectations for parents regarding refunds.
1. Cancellation by Parent/Guardian
Notice Requirement: If you wish to cancel your child's enrollment, a written notice must be provided at least 30 days in advance.
Non-refundable Deposit: The non-refundable deposit will not be returned.
Refund of Prepaid Tuition: Any prepaid tuition for the following month will be refunded if the cancellation notice is given at least 30 days before the start date.
Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 30 days before the start date will forfeit the non-refundable deposit and will not be eligible for a refund of any prepaid tuition.
2. Cancellation by Stratelogy
Full Refund: In the unlikely event that [Daycare Name] needs to cancel your child's enrollment due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund of any prepaid tuition, including the non-refundable deposit, will be provided.
Policy Breach: If cancellation is due to a breach of the daycare's policies by the parent/guardian, the non-refundable deposit will be forfeited, and no refund for the current month's tuition will be issued.
This separation ensures that parents have clear and distinct information about both refunds and cancellations.
